PLEASE NOTE THAT SOLID STATE DRIVES AND HARD DRIVES USED FOR CRYTPO CURRENCY MINING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS. WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED EITHER. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER.

- Opened or unopened products are eligible for a refund within 14 days from shipping date
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us and shipping charges are non-refundable
- All returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. If any of the packing materials or contents is missing, damaged, altered or modified, the return is subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
- All returns must have a Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our RMA department at email@example.com
- RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after date of issue, and must be received by our Receiving Department within said time period. Items received after 15 days will be refused.
- The RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix this label on the box you are returning. Please do not mark on the box itself in any other way. Shipments that arrive without an RMA number on the label will be refused.
- All returns must be accompanied with an approved RMA form and corresponding RMA Number. Returns that does not have RMA number will be automatically rejected
- Orders shipped Free and was returned for credit will be charged the corresponding shipping cost, which will be deducted from any amount to be refunded
- Special or custom orders are only eligible for defective replacement and not for refund
- Retain your invoice as proof of purchase for future warranty claims
- Defective products will be accepted for exchange only within 30 days from the shipping date
- After 30 days, the warranty terms apply and customer must contact the manufacturer directly. Replacement products will only be shipped out after the defective product has been received. All products returned will be checked for validity of serial number
- Products covered under the Oceansidestore warranty are covered by Oceansidestore. Otherwise, it is covered by the product manufacturer
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges for all warranty claims
- When contacting Oceansidestore for a warranty claim, please provide Product Serial number and Proof of Purchase to expedite the process
